At 14:30, February 10, 2005, a Slashdot.org story linking to my recent rant was posted. Behold the famed "Slashdot Effect".

You can see I was getting around 150 visitors per hour up to then thanks to the Boingboing.net link. (Sometime around 12:00 my ColdFusion server inexplicably could no longer connect to the datasource, and I didn't notice / fix it till about an hour later -- oops! :-/ )
